What size shall I order?
We have sizes charts for all our products. Go here to view Sizing Charts >>

How do I pay?
Shoes2u accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Contact us to enquire about any other payment method.

What shipping do you use?
Shoes2u ships its products using Australian Air Express. If possible, supply us with an address that will have someone in attendance during business hours.

Do you sell overseas?
Shoes2u will ship its products anywhere in the world. Customers should pay for their items via PayPal and will be charged in Australian dollars. Shoes2u does not accept credit card payments for overseas orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your shoes should arrive within two days. Many of our customers receive their purchases the next working day.

What happens if my shoes do not fit?

Can I order by phone?
We accept phone orders Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Standard/Summer Time.

Can I buy in person?
