The customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning items and Shoes2u does not take any responsibly for the arrival of returns. All returned goods must be unused and in their original state with tags attached or they will be not accepted. Shoes2u will pay the shipping cost on one exchange of goods after that it is up to the customer to pay for the cost of sending out more goods
