Terms and Conditions

We have been selling shoes online since 2005. These terms and conditions are designed to give our customers clarity and confidence in making an online purchase with us.

Please read through our terms and conditions and contact us at sales@shoes2u.com.au if you have any questions. By using our website you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions.

Placing Orders

All orders that are placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Shoes2u.

If we do not have an item in stock we will refund you money back onto your payment method immediately and inform you.


Our prices are not subject to variation. However,  Shoes2u reserves the right to make unforeseen adjustments due to manufacturer price changes, market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertising and other extenuating circumstances.

Payment Options

Shoes2u uses the following gateway and processing providers Square and Paypal

Shoes2u accepts payment by credit card Visa and Mastercard via our online payment gateway Paypal. You can also purchase online directly with your Paypal funds. Paypal is a third-party payment system which is PCI compliant and offer customers protection against online credit card fraud.

If you have ordered online are paying and picking up in person (or purchasing in person), Shoes2u uses Square payment reader. You can tap with Apple Pay, debit card or credit card including AMEX.

We also send out invoices for payment requests via Square either to your email address or mobile number. You can pay securely directly via this request

We also accept payment via direct deposit.

Customer credit card details are not recorded or held but just used until the payment is processed.

Fraudulent usage of credit cards

During the ordering process we have no means of determining the card-holder authenticity. There-fore Shoes2u shall not be held liable nor in any way responsible for fraudulent credit-card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will we be liable for refund of monies, in part or full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.

GST – Good and services tax

A Goods and Services Tax of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed.

GST does not apply to orders shipped to NZ.

Shipping and Delivery

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post for delivery within 1-4 business days for most major centres.

Orders to PO boxes are shipped via Australia Post for delivery within 3-5 business days.

Shipping is free within Australia.


To protect your details, we use 128-bit SSL security. We also use third party payment system PayPal which is PCI compliant system and offers customer protection against online credit card fraud.

Return, exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with you Shoes2u order, please return your purchase within 30 days of receiving either for a refund or exchange. 

Download the return form fill it in and post out to the address below with your shoes for return. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning items and Shoes2u does not take any responsibly for the safe arrival of returns.

All returned goods must be unused and in their original state with tags attached or they will be not accepted. Any goods that appear to be used or are missing their tag we will not refund or process a return.

Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment via our payment processers.

Shoes2u will pay the shipping cost (for the new shoes) on one exchange of goods. After that it is up to the customer to pay for the cost of sending out further goods
