What are your opening hours?
Shoes2u is a home-based ecommerce operation so for pick up or try on hours are by mutual arrangement. The beauty of this is if we are around you can often pick up outside normal business hours or on weekends. So contact us and if we are here you can pick up
When will my order ship?
Usually, we ship same day we receive the order (1pm is cut off time). Keen to accommodate so message us if you need it rushed out.
Is Shoes2u an Australian company and what do you know about shoes?
Shoes2u has been selling shoes since 2005. We also ran a shop-front warehouse in Jabez St, Marrickville for many years so have lots of experience.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes, at Shoes2U, we have a straightforward return policy. Unworn shoes can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Can I try on the shoes? Can I pick up my order?
Shoes2u is home-based ecommerce, I operate for now out of my residential premises in Juliett St, Marrickville. You are welcome to come here and pick up your order or try on shoes. Plenty of customers have sat on the chair on my front porch to try shoes on it’s the new way.
How can I pay, do you take cash?
If you pick up your Blundstones, Crocs or another shoe brand from us Marrickville you can pay cash or use your card for payment,

Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Shoes2u accepts phone orders call either 02 9569 6768 or send us a message at 0417 667 705 and we can get back to you. If you have ordered from us before let us know - we will have your details close at hand. Otherwise, tell us the shoe style, size, colour and your name, delivery address and telephone number.
Do you offer buy now pay later?
Not at the moment
Do you sell overseas?
We only ship within Australia and New Zealand. As part of our terms of trade with Blundstone we do not sell Blundstones outside Australia. Very occasionally if a customer really wants a particular style we will post our other brands overseas.
Do you have gift cards available?
Yes, gift cards from Shoes2U are available in various denominations. They make the perfect gift for any shoe enthusiast and can be purchased both in-store and online.

Can I track my order status?
Absolutely. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Are your shoes eco-friendly?
Shoes2u is committed to sustainability. Look for eco-friendly options in-store or ask our staff about our environmentally conscious brands and products.
Did Shoes2u used to have a warehouse in Jabez st, Marrickville?
Yes we operated out of that for many years. Sadly it is now closed and we do miss seeing all our customers there
Do you still have that dachshund that used to be at your warehouse premises?
Yes his name is Sausage and he is now 17 years old. Losing his sight and hearing but still enjoys a trip (in the pram) to the park.
