Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Shoes2u purchase please return them within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or exchange. 

All returned goods must be unused and in their original state with tags attached and in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.

Shoes2u will pay the shipping cost back to you on one exchange of goods. After that it is up to the customer to pay to send out more goods. 

We do not offer free return shipping. Postage back to us is at the buyers expense

Postal return/exchange

• Parcel up your unused shoes
• Include in the parcel your name, contact details, order number and whether you want a refund or exchange
